Back at the coach we found that the A/C, running on Low was hardly putting out any air. After a while with fan only the cool air returned. I'd just cleaned the filters a couple of days ago, but that was obviously not enough. So, we disassembled the inside bits and vacuumed the evaporator the best access and our mediocre vacuum allowed. Reassembled, the performance is somewhat better. I guess 15 years between cleanings is a bit long.
Tomorrow we plan to visit the National Museum of Atomic Science and History, which is just outside the eastern gate of Kirtland. We'll proceed from there to Madrid, NM to visit with the Hogenbooms.
A bit late, perhaps, but it took me a while to get the photos off of the broken camera. Here's Pilot Dennis:
Until the next time,
Ken & Dennis
Dennis, you look like you fit quite well in that airplane. Proud of you and your first lesson. I always loved Albuquerque and wished Grandpa would get an assignment to Kirkland. You all keep visiting those museums, glad G has you to visit with him.
ReplyDeleteOnly good rattlesnake is a dead one made into boots. No way I'd spend time at that place.
ReplyDeleteGood picture too. Looks like Dennis is going to enjoy lessons. Maybe grandpa will fork over some cash for them. I went broke trying to get mine and just gave up.
Ken, buy a new camera and get us more pictures.
